Mediation Options and Rates
We offer both in-person and Zoom mediations to best accommodate your needs.
- Half-Day Mediation: $750.00 per party
- Full-Day Mediation: $1,500.00 per party
- Hourly rate: $500 (for large/complex cases)
- Out-of-Town Mediations: Pricing varies depending on location
- For construction law cases, I recommend reserving a full day. These cases are fact-intensive and complex. We will confer by Zoom prior to these mediations to get up to speed on the issues and any unique party dynamics.
